In this time our team will interview our classmate about their lifestyle.the fact of this interview is that everyone have different favorite sports,food,genre of music,like go to cinema or not,about relationship,and type of girls.we have interviewed 4 people in our class for give some information about their lifestyle.

The First question we ask to them is about favorite sport,

my friend Egi and Seno are like swimming because they thought swimming can make their body fit and fresh. AP and Adli have a different favorite sports with Egi and Seno, they like play a baseball because AP is athlete baseball while Adli make a baseball for his hobby. AP and Seno are like more than one sport.

Second question is about favorite food ,

Egi very like steak, he like it becausce steak contain many nutrition, which like protein, beside that meat steak is delicious. But AP very like with japannese food. He very like sushi and ramen noodle. That food contain many protein it can make he's brain smart. Beside that Adli like all kind food such as vegetables, meat, sea food and etc. Not similar with Seno, he like friend rice. He mother make fried rice every breakfast. Because that he like so much fried rice.

Third is about Music,

The pop fever is Egi. He very like Bruno Mars song and he is the fanatic fans. The fans of slow rock is AP, he fans to Maroon 5 and he know all about the song of maroon 5. Adli like beat music. Hip Hop is the several beat music. he fans to Eminem.  Beside that Seno love the 70s. He like very much the beatles and become fans to john lennon, the slow music is easy to listen.

This fourth question is not far from music, that is Movies,

Egi, AP, Adli and Seno, they like go to cinema when their favorite movies playing on that. The Action movies fans is Egi. Egi very enthusiastic when the action figure chase the criminal. AP very like with commedy. Laugh is fun, because that he love commedy. But Adli like both Action and Commedy. He always serius when he watch action, and laugh of loud when he watching commedy. Different with Seno, All kind movies he like. Such as commedy, drama, action, and love story.

Fifth, this part is the question about their "relationship",

We ask to them two options, studying or datting your which? Egi answered date, because he want dated every beautiful girl. But AP, Adli, and Seno answered both. Their assumption which dating and studying are simmilar, both can't abandoned.

So, the conclusion about this interview, every people there had different  hobbies. But in several there had simmilar hobbies. This is the end of the interview.

The Life Style of the Young and the Restless

  This report was created in order to present to you the lifestyle of  nowadays teenagers. In order for us to acknowledge such matter, we were interviewing some of our friends in Labsky in regard of their preference choice of food, sport, movie, as well as musician. For food, most of them favored Japanese food because not only it tastes amazing, as they say, but it also nutritious. They don’t even mind the fact that Japanese food is generally more expensive than any other type of foods. Aside from Japanese food, many of them also like to eat western food such as steak.

 For movie, the choices are more widespread, with some of them prefer action movie, while the others prefer comedy. Either way, most of the movies that are played in the cinemas are Hollywood movies. Indonesian movies are less popular among the teenagers because most of the movies are cheap horror themed related movies. Many of my friends were very upset and disappointed when the cinemas stopped playing Hollywood movies due to the tax related problem.

 Several music genres such as RnB, pop, and jazz are very popular among the youth. There were so many world class musicians that had performed in Indonesia, particularly Jakarta. Among the many are Kylie Minogue, Maroon Five, 30 Seconds to Mars, John Legend, David Foster,… and so, the list goes on. Indonesia or at least, Jakarta itself is pretty popular among the world class legendary jazz musicians because of the prestigious jazz event that was held regularly every year. Rumor has it that Paul McCartney, is set to perform at the 2012 Java jazz Festival

 Sport is also become part of “the young and the restless” generation’s lifestyle, as it balances their academic activity and also as a way for them to have fun and releases. Many of them do a little bit of everything, yet not a few focuses in just one particular sport. Sports such as swimming, baseball/softball, basketball, and soccer are the most popular. Sports can be also a way for the youth to actually be good in one sport and score a medal. This can be channel by joining many sport clubs such as Indonesia Muda Basket Ball Club, SSI Arsenal, and many others. The government and the profit making organization also seem to agree with the youth as both of them provide many sport facilities, such as the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium and even commercial gyms that can be found in almost every mall in Jakarta.

  In addition, our group asked question about their kind of perfect girlfriend type and several of them dreamed of having a white skinned girl who are smart and easy going. I know there is a little bit of gender issue going on here, but we did only asked the boys, so we do not know what are the girls’ preference on their kind of perfect boyfriend.

  Finally, looking at the answers and the reality, I believe that the lifestyle that is adopted by most of the teenagers in Indonesia is heavily influenced by the western culture, transmitted to our society trough globalization, by the advancement of mass media such as internet and imported magazines.

The goal of this project is to show you about the lifestyle of Labschool Kebayoran Student. I've interviewed 4 of my friend for this project. The question that i ask related about what kind of things that they like. So here my interview about Images of Labschool Kebayoran.

The first thing i'll talk about, is what kind of sports that Labschool student like. 4 of my friend that i've interviewed like sports, none of them says that they hate sport. A few of my friend got different answer, and some of them got the same answer too. For example, Adli love Baseball, and his friend Randy Ap love baseball too, but he also put Basketball on his list. Some people focus only on 1 sport, but there's a people that can control their time & have much energy for another type of sport.

After sport, now i'll talk about food. Everyone got their own favorite food, like Japanese, Italian, even Traditional Food. Even some of them like different type of taste, like sweet, sour, salty, even spicy. We can't make people like the food that we like, cause some people can't eat few kind of food because of an allergy. I only interviewed 4 of my friend, but i really sure if i ask more, most favorite food is Japanese food, even it was one of my favorite food. In the second place is steak, many people have taste steak, and they can't resist to take another piece of steak again.

Okay, enough with food, now i'll talk about kind of music. Every single people can't live without music, even if they say that they hate music, at least once a day, they will sing part of a song that they've heard. And same as food, we can't make people like music that we like. Several people like slow music, few more love Rock, and even some of them love pop and hip hop, every individual got their own type of music that they like. Even if they like the same type of music, that doesn't mean that they got the same idol. For example, Egi & Randy ap love pop music, but they've their own idol. Egi idolized Bruno Mars, and Randy Ap love Maroon5. It's kinda like that. The conclusion is, genre, idol, and the other kind that related with music, not always the same with other people. 


And that's all about music, now move on to next topic. Now i'll talk about kind of movie that they like. All of my friend that i've interviewed have go to cinema, at least once in their life. So, they must've know what genre of movies that they usually watch. Boys more love to see action and comedy movies, even 4 of my friend say that too. And girls usually love to watch romance and sometimes comedy, but several girls love to see action films, but only a few i guess.


The next topic is about study, and dating, which one do you prefer? it's a tricky question, from your answer we can see your personality. If you answer Study, well you're the kind of guy who think about your future, not just about girls and that kind of thing. If you chose girl, well you're kind of guy that likely understand type and everything about girl, but maybe not in school material. 3 of my friend chose date and study, but one of em chose date more than study. 


The last question is related with the previous question. It's about a girl that you like. Well this question actually for the boys. 100% of my friend that i've interviewed is straight, and love girl, so i'll got no trouble with it. First type of girl that boys really like is the girl that kind and loyal, nobody want to be with the girl that mean or bad. The next thing that boys like about girls is, her beautiful or cute face, and all of my friends agree with that. And the last thing is, that girl have to be smart, if she isn't well maybe only a few that interested with her.


And that's all from me, this is the personality of Labschool Kebayoran student. This is all that they like and love. I hope they'll get better and better next time and become the guy who lead Labschool and Indonesia to the right path.

High school Live & Interest

    On the afternoon of Thursday, 28^th of July 2011, me and my team did a little interview to our classmate about their high school live and their personal interest. This interview includes some subject on a teenagers high school live that they are common with. Such as their favorite food, movies, music, and sport. This interview also includes the students perception of a romantic relationship during high school. We have interviewed 4 people to help us know what do they think about those subject.

     First we should look at the students personal interest, such as their favorite food. The most popular type of food is Japanese food. Most of the people that I have interviewed likes this kind of food because of its strong taste. The second most popular type food is an American style steak. One could not argue of how globally accepted this kind of food is. Even though some people have a specific type of food that they like, some doesn’t have one. A particular person likes all kind of food thus doesn’t have a favorite type of food.

    Next I’m going talk about the students favorite type of movies. It’s safe to say that most people that I interview likes action movies. What comes second is comedy film. Yet, some students can’t pinpoint which one do they prefer, action or comedy, so they take the simple way out and say that they like both of them. There is even a case that a person likes all type of movies so much that he can’t choose a particular one above all.

    Many would ask “what’s a world without music?”, with that base I ask the students about their favorite genre of music and who is their idol in that particular genre. As does the name suggest, the most popular type of music amongst the student is “popular” music, otherwise known as “pop” music. There are many pop idol that we know of, but 2 students point out their favorites are Bruno Mars and Maroon5. Others like more settling genre of music such as jazz. This type of music is probably about as well known and liked as pop music because it doesn’t have strict rules in playing or hearing the music, thus making it more flexible to the hearer and player. The third one on the list is oldies. This genre of music is the type of music around the 50’s. The most common idol of this genre is the well known Beatles, which has became a sensational hit in the music industry. Their music are still remembered until today. Sadly none of the students likes classical music, which in my opinion is the most “intelligent” genre of music because of its progression of harmonies and melodies.

   Following their favorite type of music is their sports activity. We have a tie on our most popular sport. Those two tied sports are swimming and baseball. After that we also have a tie between soccer and basketball.

    Now that we are finished discussing about the students personal interest we would be heading on to their social interest. Firstly the question that haunts all teenagers, that is “would you rather go on a date or study?”. Most of the people take the easiest and most effective choice, that is to go on a date and focus on studying at the same time. But there are exception. One student would rather go on a date then studying.

    For the last but not least subject is what does the boys look in a girl. The most common answer is loyalty, which is not surprising at all considering what social environment we are in now. With so much problem that can happen in a relationship I’d be glad to know if my partner will be there for me whatever happens. The next thing that the boys look in a girl is their high level of intelligence and cute looks. The most shocking thing that a boy looks in a girl is their skin color. A particular group of boys wants the girl to have a white colored skin, and to think that there is still racism in a modern time like this is completely shocking.

     That marks the end of my interview report. I can conclude that most students have an appetite for Japanese food, an interest in action film, a common taste of music to the liking of pop music, and have an interest in sport. With this interview I can also conclude that the students have a balance between studying and making relationships with the opposing sex, they also looks for loyalty in those relationship. This somewhat same type of interest and taste is normal amongst teenagers and even adults because people would do almost anything to be accepted in a group, and that is what makes this world kind of monotone. I, for one, hope that in the future people will accept one and another regardless of their interest to make more character in every individual.

What is your favorite sports?

   For this question they all have different answer. For Egi, he likes swimming. Seno said that he likes soccer and swimming too. Adli said that he is a baseball lover. And for AP, he loves playing baseball and basketball. The conclusion is that everyone have different favorite sports.

What kind of food do you like?

   Foods. Everybody likes it. For Egi, he likes foreign nad to be more spesific, he likes steak. AP likes all of Japanese foods. Adli is more interesting, because he likes all kinds of food. Seno likes Indonesian food, and his favorite food is fried rice.

What genre of music do you like? And, who is your idol?

   Music. There are lots of music genres. For example Pop, Rock, Jazz, Blues, Techno, Disco, Bossanova, Acapella, and etc. But what is our friends favorite genre? Egi likes pop, and his favorite singer is Bruno Mars. Seno likes oldies and match with his idol, The Beatles. For Adli, he likes jazz, but his favorite musician is Eminem. And AP, helikes 2 kinds of music, pop and slow rock, and his favorite band is Maroon5.

Do you like to go to the cinema? Why?

   I'm pretty sure that almost everyone like to go to the cinema. And all of them said "Yes!". But why? Egi said taht he likes to go to the movies is because action movies. Seno said that he likes every type of movies. Is that right? I don't know about it. For AP, he said he likes comedy. He has a great sense of humor. And Adli, he likes action and comedy.

Would you rather go on a date, or study?

   It's a little tricky question, I think. But of course, they all can answer it. Egi said clearly that he would rather go on a date! Wow, no study. But for AP, Adli, and Seno, they all answer both of date and study are important.

   Now, here comes the last question!

What type of girl do you like?

   It's the trickiest question of all. Egi said it very clear, white and loyal. White? Is he mean a dead girl? For AP, he likes cute and smart girl. Nice answer, AP! Seno likes cute smart and loyal girl. And for Adli, he don't want to answer this question.

Indonesian Teenager’s Lifestyle

  The aim of this report is to inform about Indonesian teenager’s lifestyle. I make this report to show you how is  teenagers/high schooler life style in Indonesia. I’ve interviewed 4 friend of mine, here they tells us several things about their lifestyle.  The question that I ask consist of food, music, free time, school and romance.

  I bet all of you have your own lifestyle, right? But from a million of teenager’s lifestyle, half of them or maybe 75% of them have a similar lifestyle, why? We all must be know what “globalization” means. Globalization are means the increasing of connection and dependence among nations and among people around the world through interaction so that the boundaries of a country becomes narrow. From that explanation we all know why this could happen. In 2011 many things were changed including the teenager’s life style. I will tell you about their lifestyle based on the interview.

  Half of them tells that they like american food very much, for example a beef steak. Not just because the meat was grilled. They likes the combination of the dishes. Grilled meat with a barbeque sauce plus a bunch of fried potato and some vegetable made them to be the first choice. Unfortunately, because this food are from outside of Indonesia, the price are pretty expensive plus this food is not quite healthy. But the popularity have made people to place it as their first choice.

  3 of them likes pop genre of music, while the one like jazz. All of them idolized people outside of Indonesia. 3 of them idolized people from America while the one idolized people from Europe. The simple music but sounds good and enjoyable made pop genre have so many followers and fan. Bruno Mars is one of them. Almost the entire world know this American pop singer. Why it’s American again? Beside in my opinion there are so many local singer having  quality even higher than him. It’s all because globalization

  In their freetime. Most of them likes to hang out, because it’s very refreshing and exciting instead of being in their home. This habit leads to consumptive attitudes. The trends of lifestyle have made secondary things become primary things. Once again globalization speak the loudest.

  Now about teenage school and romance. Most of them thinks that study and date in teenage are equal. There are no study or no date. For me, this statement are quite satisfying. No one can live without good education nor affection.

  Here’s the extra information I get, because accidentally there was no girl I’ve interviewed. Based on the information, 3 of 4 said that white skin girl is their type! Is this because globalization or trends again? I hope not.

  From that report I can take the conclusion that most of Indonesian teenager’s lifestyle are affected by globalization which caused many of the local culture slowly fading away. It was proved in this report. I know that globalization isn’t all the bad things. Globalization marks that the knowledge and technology have making a progress. It’s all depends to us, how we are going to face it? I hope all teenagers think this way. It’s not about you nor me, it’s about us. It’s about how we build Indonesia in the right way.
